The Hege Story is an ongoing webcomic following Hege as he navigates life and the strange circumstances that gradually unfold around him.

Set in a world populated by anthropomorphic animals, the story follows the young hedgehog Hege as he meets new people, forms friendships and relationships, and finds himself caught up in the events of his everyday life.

The story also mirrors the real-world events and developments surrounding the HEGE project, weaving them into Hege’s own life and experiences.

As HEGE Grows, So Does Hege

As the HEGE projects grows in the real world, so does Hege in the story.

On his mission to become a successful meme and win over the heart of Hegena, what begins as Hege’s relatively ordinary story gradually expands into a larger narrative, introducing new elements and harder challenges as Hege’s journey continues.

Events from earlier chapters carry forward into later parts of the story, with characters and details returning and developing over time.

The story is still ongoing, with new chapters releasing every month.
